Shipping and Delivery Policy 

We know you are excited to get your order, and we are excited for you as well! We do everything to ensure that the product arrives in good condition and in a timely fashion.  

There are two shipping options when placing your Mons Pura order: 

Option 1– USPS: If selected, there is a $5.00 shipping fee for orders under $75.00, with the exception of virtual items.  

Mons Pura ships product via the United States Postal Service (USPS). All packages are delivered to the mail service within 1-3 business days of being placed. 

Option 2– Will Call: If selected, the customer is responsible for picking up their order in-person at the corporate office (1955 W Grove Pkwy Suite 103, Pleasant Grove UT, 84062) between standard business hours of Monday-Friday, 9am-10pm (MDT).
