Products can be returned for a full refund for any reason if they meet the following qualifications:
- The return must be initiated within sixty (60) days of product delivery
- The product must still be in its original packaging
To initiate a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org. If the product is not damaged, the Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within ten (10) days of return to Seller and inspection of product.

Customers have 5 business days within receipt of a package to make a Damage/Missing Products claim.
If a product arrives damaged please take a picture of the product and email it to email@example.com.
A replacement product will be shipped within two business days after a claim is made.
For missing products, please take a picture of the package received and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Pictures will be compared to original order forms.
