Access To This Site

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years old to use this Site and to purchase goods or services containing CBD on this Site.  

By using this Site, you warrant and represent that you are at least twenty-one  (21) years of age. If Mons Pura has reason to believe that you are under twenty-one (21) years of age, your account and usage rights may be revoked.  Mons Pura may ask for photo ID verification for proof of age.

Content Rights and Usage

Without express written permission from Mons Pura, you may not copy, alter, or make any derivative use of the content provided on this Site, except that Fair Use that is protected under the Copyright Act of 1976, 17 U.S.C. § 107.

All other rights are expressly retained. 

Coupons and Discounts

Mons Pura will not apply a coupon/discount code after an order has been placed; therefore, you must enter any coupon/discount code you wish to use at the time of checkout.  

All coupon/discount codes have an expiration date and are invalid after such date has passed.

FDA Disclosure

The statements made on this Site, or any of Seller’s products or materials, have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Although precautions are made to safeguard user account information, Mons Pura recommends that you use a unique and secure password on the Site.

Mons Pura’s Site does not process or store your key payment information (such as your credit card number).  All payments are handled through a third-party service.

So far as it is permitted by state and federal law, Mons Pura disclaims all liability, including all consequential liability, beyond that of the purchase price paid.  

The sole remedy is to receive either a refund for the amount paid or to receive a replacement product.  

Severability

If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is declared unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.  

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Mons Pura, and supersedes any prior agreements, claims, statements, or representations.
