Shipping and Delivery Policy

We know you are excited to get your order, and we are excited for you as well! We do everything to ensure that the product arrives in good condition and in a timely fashion.

There are two shipping options when placing your Mons Pura order:

Option 1– USPS: All orders over $125 will qualify for free shipping. Shipping cost are based on shipping expenses from USPS and are displayed at checkout.

Mons Pura ships product via the United States Postal Service (USPS). All packages are delivered to the mail service within 1-3 business days of being placed.

Customer will receive an email with tracking information once their order has left our facility.

Option 2– Will Call: If selected, the customer is responsible for picking up their order in-person at the corporate office (496 E 1750 N, Unit E, Vineyard UT, 84059) between standard business hours of Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (MDT). *If customer selects Will Call and then decides they wish to have their product shipped, shipping charges may be added onto their order.
