Ingredients
- 3 cups rice crisps cereal
- 1/4 cup natural almond butter
- 1/3 cup raw honey
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
- 2 scoops Mons Pura Chocolate Mousse Protein Powder
Instructions
Step 1
In a pan over low heat, melt the butter, almond butter, and honey. Stir until well combined.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the rice crisps cereal, coconut, and protein powder.
Step 3
Pour the melted almond butter mixture over the cereal mixture. Stir until evenly combined.
Step 4
Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment paper. Spray non-stick spray on hands to keep mixture from sticking to hands.
*Be sure to press the balls together firmly.You can also press mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9 x 9 pan and cut into bars after freezing.
Step 5
Place in the freezer for 1 hour to set and move to the fridge to store.
If you make a double batch, you can store extras in the freezer.
